These Terms have been designed to protect your rights as a valued customer, to protect our rights as a business and to create an understanding between us.

The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions on fartila.com website The use of this site indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. The placement of an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully and print a copy for future reference.

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. To order goods through this website you must be at least 18 years of age and accept delivery within India. We will treat each order for goods as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to these terms and conditions.

AVAILABILITY OF GOODS

 
 

All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If we do not supply the goods for any reason we will not charge you for these and we will refund any money already paid for them. However, we will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses you may suffer if we do not supply the goods.

On occasion, your order may be out of stock. In this event, fartila.com will notify you via email with the status of your order. If the expected delivery date of the item is within 30 days, fartila.com will place your order on backorder and notify you when it ships. If you wish to cancel your order while on backorder status, please inform us by e-mail at customercare@fartila.com by giving your order number. If the expected delivery date of the item is greater than 30 days, fartila.com will notify you that the order has been cancelled due to an out of stock status. All notifications will take place via email..

All images, descriptive matter, specifications and advertising on our site are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the goods. All sizes and dimensions are approximate.

Manufacturers may change the specifications of the products.

Full detailed specifications are available from the manufacturer’s brochures or their websites.

All product specifications, images and other information published on our website have either been made accessible by suppliers, manufacturer’s, publications, publicists, or been gathered from public-domain sources. However, fartila.com cannot guarantee the reliability or the accuracy of the information contained within its pages. All the actions taken by the user of the website are the responsibility of the individual.

All prices shown are including GST.

The price you pay is the price displayed on this website at the time we receive your order apart from the following exception. While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as canceled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

PAYMENTS

 
 

Payment can be made by any method specified in our Payment Options section.

Credit Cards: – We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard and Switch for online payments. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (as they appear on your credit card statement). Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order or failure to complete your order request.

Your order will only be processed once authorisation of your credit card has been properly received.

FRAUD

 
 
Protecting Customers from Fraud:

Fartila.com take every effort to protect the customer from the possibility of fraudulent use of their credit or debit cards.

Our fraud prevention system actively scans orders for attempted fraudulent transactions. If we have any doubts on the transaction(s) we may contact you to reconfirm the order and payment by telephoning or email. We may require certain details to validate the payment.

If fartila.com suspects that there is possibility of fraud then the goods will NOT be dispatched and order may be cancelled.

Fartila.com has a policy to work closely with the Police and supply all information that may lead to the prosecution of anybody who attempts a fraudulent purchase of goods.

Note: In case of online purchase of goods using Credit/Debit Cards, we deliver the goods to the Billing Address only.

 
     
     

8.

RETURNED GOODS

 
 

We hope that you will be completely satisfied with your product. However, it may be necessary to return your product to us in some limited circumstances. Please ensure that you follow these instructions for returning a product to avoid a delay in processing your return. See Returns Procedure also.

UNWANTED GOODS

 
 

If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 working days from date of delivery for credit or refund. The right to cancel your order can be exercised in writing or in another durable medium to the following email: customercare@fartila.com While most items are returnable, they are subject to the following guidelines:

Returned merchandise must be in new condition with its original packing and accessories intact or you may be liable for any diminished value of the goods. If you are returning a product listed below, please check to make sure your return meets the conditions described. The supply of sealed audio or sealed video recordings or sealed computer software which were unsealed after delivery; the supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium if the performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and his acknowledgment that he thereby loses his right of withdrawal. The only exception to this is if the product is faulty or mis-described. Should this be the case, please contact our Returns Team at customercare@fartila.com.

 

10.

DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED & MIS-SHIPPED ITEMS

 
 

You the Customer are solely responsible for inspecting the product upon delivery. You must contact fartila.com a by e-mail or in writing should you wish to inform us of damaged, defective or missing goods and/or delivery discrepancies within 48 hours of your delivery being made.

You will receive a refund for the item(s) and shipping and handling costs. For all other items, shipping and handling costs cannot be refunded. (Note: Return shipping cost refunds are calculated using the lowest cost shipping method. Items returned via expedited shipping methods will only be refunded an amount equal to the lowest cost shipping method).

 

11.

RETURNS PROCEDURES

 
 

Returning an item(s) may change or void coupon discounts or refunds currently appearing on an order.

When sending a return to us, you are responsible for the safe carriage of the product back to us (except where the product is faulty when we will arrange for collection of the product). We can, however, arrange to have the product collected, which will involve a charge payable by you. The exact charge for collection will be confirmed to you when you obtain your Returns Authorisation Number from our Returns Team at customercare@fartila.com

To request a Return Authorization Number (RA#) for an item, please contact Returns Team. customercare@fartila.comReturns will not be accepted without a RA number. RA numbers will expire after 10 days, and the item will not be accepted if it is returned after that timeframe. Please include the RA number on the outside of the shipping package. (Please do not write directly on the manufacturer’s box).

You should return any product to us via a suitably insured means based on the value of the product. This means that the full value may be recovered by you if the product is lost or damaged. You should retain any receipt confirming the return. If returned products are lost we will not be liable for them.

Prior to agreeing to any return we reserve the right to inspect the product at your home or premises if we consider this necessary.

Please be sure to keep your receipt. We cannot guarantee refunds for returns sent via a non-trackable method.

Credits are processed upon confirmation of the return by our suppliers. Please allow up to two billing cycles for the return credit to appear on your credit card statement. If credit cannot be issued to your credit card, a store credit will be issued.

 

13.

ERRORS & OMISSIONS

 
 

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a display or typographical error or an error in pricing information received from our suppliers or store partners, fartila.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.

 

14.

PRODUCT GUARANTEES

 
 

All products supplied are covered by the terms and conditions of the Manufacturer’s Guarantee for a period of 12 months. This guarantee specifically excludes faults caused by accident, neglect, and misuse. In addition routine maintenance (cleaning of dirty audio/video heads etc.), consumables (styli, plug fuses, cables, batteries, etc.), cosmetic damage and tuning of channels is not covered. THE FULL COST OF THE SERVICE CALL WILL BE CHARGED TO YOUR CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT IF OUR ENGINEERS FIND NO MECHANICAL OR ELECTRICAL FAULT WITH YOUR PRODUCT.

In the event of any faults arising during the guarantee period:

●       You shall be responsible for the return of any faulty goods in its original packing or suitably packed back to fartila.com. You shall be responsible for the collection of the repaired goods. Where fartila.com agrees to despatch the repaired goods, the method of packing and despatch of the goods shall be at fartila.com discretion. The goods shall be despatched at your risk and expense. Notification of damage or non-delivery must be communicated to fartila.com and the carrier within 3 days of delivery.

●       We reserve the right to carry out the repairs ourselves, our agents or return the goods for repair to the Manufacturers at our discretion.

This does not affect any statutory rights that you may have.

 

15.

BUSINESS CUSTOMERS

 
 

If you are a business or if the goods are used wholly or in part for business purposes we will not be liable to you for any business loss including loss of profits (whether direct or indirect), business data, revenue, goodwill, or incidental, or consequential loss that you may suffer as a result of the purchase of goods from us. Any other liability will be limited to the price paid for the goods. We do not exclude our liability for fraud or for death or personal injury. For our performance time is not of the essence. Returns are subject to a 20% handling fee.

LINKS & ADVERTISING

 
 

As a convenience to fartila.com customers, fartila.com Site may include links to other web sites or material which are beyond its control. fartila.com is not responsible for content on the Internet or World Wide Web pages on any other site outside the fartila.com Site.

fartila.com Site may contain advertising and sponsorship. Advertisers and Sponsors are responsible for ensuring that material submitted for inclusion on the fartila.com Site complies with relevant laws and codes. We will not be responsible for any error or inaccuracy in advertising and sponsorship material.

GENERAL

All refunds will be done in 30 days.

These Terms cannot be altered or suspended, permanently or temporarily, without the written permission of a member of the Board of Directors of fartila.com.

These conditions are subject to Indian law and the jurisdiction of the Indian courts.
